In the first step the carcasses of the transfer boats were formed of piano wire. Afterwards the small hulls were planked with 1 mm balsa wood. Finally the dinghies needed some filling and sanding. Finally they were colored in a bright shining orange.
Unfortunally the drawing of the transfer boats lacks many details. Therefore I'm still investigating the web about further information respectively pictures which display the inside of the dinghies.
